The Fray Expand 'How To Save A Life' 20th Anniversary Australian Tour
Due to overwhelming demand for pre-sale tickets, new shows have been added in two cities ahead of the band's December Australian tour.

Just a few days after announcing their How To Save A Life 20th-anniversary Australian tour, The Fray have added extra dates to their impending run Down Under.
Due to the overwhelming demand for pre-sale tickets yesterday, additional shows were announced for Melbourne and Sydney fans. The shows will take place at the end of the tour, with the band playing a second show at Melbourne’s Forum on Tuesday, 9 December, and another show at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Wednesday, 10 December.
Fans will be able to purchase tickets to the new shows during the TEG MJR pre-sale, which began yesterday and runs until Tuesday, 1 April, at 9 am local time. You can access pre-sale tickets here.
The general sale for the tour opens on Tuesday, 1 April, at 10 am local time via the TEG Live website. You can find all the dates and venues below.
How To Save A Life is The Fray’s unforgettable debut album. Released in 2005, it delivered the five-times platinum title track and the hit single Over My Head (Cable Car). Upon its release, the album debuted at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart and has been certified platinum in Australia.
The title track, meanwhile, became synonymous with pop culture after being used twice on Grey’s Anatomy—becoming the “unofficial theme” song for the show—and getting played on One Tree Hill and Scrubs.

Of the celebration of How To Save A Life and their upcoming Australian tour, lead vocalist Joe King said, “We wrote songs in our parents’ basements and our grandpa’s barn, dreaming of playing our music with the world one day.
