Raging since 1980 and coming to tear shit up
Born of the ashes of British punk's first wave, The Exploited have been raging against the powers that be since their debut album Punk's Not Dead released in 1981.
Now, in preparation for the release of a new studio album in 2016, The Exploited are ready and raring to release four decades of rage on the Australian public this December.
The fiercely socially and politically aware four-piece will bring their blistering brand of punk to the shores of New Zealand first, starting in Christchurch on 4 December, taking in Wellington and Auckland before they make the leap across the ditch to Brisbane's The Zoo (Thursday 10 December) for the start of the Australian leg. From there, the band run down the east coast via Sydney's Manning Bar (Friday 11 December) and Melbourne's Max Watt's (Saturday 12 December).
A Sunday-night show (13 December) at Adelaide's The Gov will be followed by the final stop on the tour, a farewell to Australia at Perth's The Capitol on Monday 14 December.
