Century Media Records have announced the signing of the Swedish heavy metal rock band The Dagger. The band consists of Fred Estby (drums), Tobias Cristiansson (bass), David Blomqvist (guitars) and Jani Kataja (vocals), who have been active in bands such as Dismember, Grave and also Sideburn.

The Dagger were formed in 2009 and are currently working on their label debut.
