Album number three and a second collaboration are underway

Melbourne instrumental-soul outfit The Cactus Channel kicked off the year with a farewell gig to two founding members, but the loss of their tenor sax/flute and trumpet players has done little to slow them down, as they unveil a number of headline dates for February.

Scheduled to play Party In The Paddock, St Kilda Festival, Secret Garden, The Cactus Channel will also play gigs in Vic, Tas, NSW and the ACT as they dish up unreleased material from their upcoming third album and an exciting, secret collaboration.

The new music sees a change of pace as the band’s new line-up find their groove, even offering up the occasional vocal.
