Bringing in scribes from across our four print magazines and this sprawling mass we call theMusic.com.au, we had over 150 submissions that chose from 1,685 albums with releases this year (at least, they're the ones we knew about).
Our top 20 is quite diverse and comes without editor intervention (as tempting as that may be).
