The Bennies Named As Support For Reel Big Fish & Less Than Jake Tour

The only question you need to ask yourself is: how much fun can you actually handle?

Stalwart Melburnian noise-makers The Bennies have landed themselves the sweet spot of opening up for long-serving ska veterans Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake on the US outfits' joint headline tour of Australia this October.

It's a continuation of the sort of heights we've come to expect in the wake of their 2013 debut LP Rainbows In Space (plus Heavy Disco EP late last year), which buoyed them to tours of China, Japan and the US, as well as sharing tour stages back at home with legends both foreign — NOFX, Dead Kennedys, no big deal — and local (The Smith Street Band, Kingswood).

The Bennies will be aboard the madness (or sons of Madness) train for all four shows — Melbourne (Thursday, 1 October), Sydney (2 October), Brisbane (3 October) and Gold Coast (4 October). Tickets go on sale this Thursday, 13 August, via OzTix.
