Melbourne Duo Join The Likes Of The Goon Sax & Laura Jean As Newest Signees To Chapter Music

Melbourne duo Teether & Kuya Neil have been announced as the newest additions to stalwart indie label Chapter Music.

The group - who only came together late last year - released their debut EP God Of Surprises after just a few months together, which has gone on to garner rave reviews from local underground fans.

"At Chapter Music, we're over the moon to announce that we've signed the exceptionally exciting Naarm/Melbourne duo Teether & Kuya Neil," the label said in a recent statement. 

"Exciting things to come from these two!"

The two may be a new collaborative effort, but between them have a wealth of experience in the local music scene. Teether is a founding member of local label/collective X Amount Records, while Neil has been a staple of the NZ scene as a member of Fanau Spa.

The duo have also shared their first taste of new music as members of the Chapter Music family - with the release of their brand new single, Theory.
