Tash Sultana Drops Powerful New Clip For ‘Beyond The Pine’

Tash Sultana has today revealed a striking new music video for recent track Beyond The Pine.

The fresh clip from the local legend has been described as “a visual masterpiece” and features Australian dancers Timothy Springs and Chris Haines, with cinematographer Patrick Rohl illuminating “the joys and trials of an intimate relationship through the contrast of light and shade, flow and tension”.

“Love is yours no matter the colour, race, gender, religion, sexuality or identity. Here is a visual representation of energy fluidity,” Sultana said.

Sultana co-wrote the single alongside Matt Corby and Dann Hume and noted upon its release that “it’s a little bit of a slower, softer approach to a message from within”.

“Beyond The Pineis about finding solace in nature and realizing the depth of your relationship when you find your one,” Sultana said.

Beyond The Pine is taken from forthcoming album Terra Firma.
