"A pulsating, fully live and organic, free-flowing digital jam out."
If you caught one of Tame Impala’s electronic performances last year, either via US TV appearances or various live-streams, then you’ll be excited to know that the Kevin Parker-led project will perform live shows in Australia next month.
Described as “a pulsating, fully live and organic, free-flowing digital jam out”, Tame Impala Sound System’s first-ever live shows will take place in WA in March, with two dates confirmed.
The project will “rework and reimagine tracks from the Tame Impala discography and beyond” via “their overflowing arsenal of synths, sequencers and samplers”.
Last year, Parker was forced to reschedule Tame Impala’s Australian headline tour in support of The Slow Rush a second time, moving all dates to December of this year "due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic".
