FBi Radio has confirmed the details for Sydney Sounds Like 2011, with Faker making their first live appearance since New Years Eve in 2009. Sydney Sounds Like began two years ago when a series of fundraiser events were organised to save the independent radio station FBi, and the tradition was continued last year as a mid-year showcase of local musical talent.
This year's festivities feature two events - an all-ages show at the Factory Theatre called Choose Your Own Adventure on July 2, and an over-18s night, Party & Bullshit, at King's Cross Hotel on July 9. Faker will be joined by Parades, Deep Sea Arcade, Andy Bull, Matt Corby and many more. Tickets for both events are on sale now, via the Factory Theatre website and Oztix, respectively.
