New Culture Club to start this November

The Sydney Opera House's new program Culture Club will be a series of art talks offering insight into the backstory, mindset and world of modern art forms.

The Culture Club aims to cover a range of topics including the ancient art of storytelling, the politics of arts criticism and the backstories to Salute To Five Bells and writer Virginia Woolf. Artistic directors and cultural leaders from around the country will host these weekly forums, including Lyndon Terracini (Opera Australia), Sarah Goodes (Sydney Theatre Compnay), Annamarie Jagose  (Sydney University), Stephen Page (Bungarra Dance Theatre) and John Olsen (artist).

The talks will be conducted at 11am every Monday from 23 Nov to 14 Dec at a range of venues.
