Daniel SlossWith Sydney Comedy Festival wrapped up for yet another year, festival director Jorge Menidis took to the stage this Saturday night to name the big winners from the 12th annual comedy celebration.
This year, SCF split the Best Newcomer Award between Adelaide newcomer Demi Lardner, for her show Life Mechanic, and Venezuelan Ivan Aristeguieta for his show, Chorizo Sizzle.
Comedy veteran Frank Woodley took home Best Of The Fest (Local) for Extra Ordinary, while Best Of The Fest (International) was awarded to Scottish funnyman Daniel Sloss for Dark. Finally, comedy troupe Aunty Donna scored the Director's Choice Award for their self-titled show.
