American actress, comedian and writer Nicole Byer, perhaps best known as the host of Netflix baking show, Nailed It! and for her Facebook Watch series, Loosely Exactly Nicole, will tour Australia for the first time next year as part of Sydney Comedy Festival.
She'll also be playing headline shows in Brisbane and Melbourne.

That's just the tip of the selection of homegrown talent who will have Sydney chuckling next year, including MICF's Best Newcomer 2019, Blake Freeman and MICF Best Newcomer nominee, Dan Rath.
They'll be joined by a slew of international artists – and frequent visitors to Australia – like Larry Dean, Jason Byrne and Melanie Bracewell, while Iceland's Ari Eldjárn will be making his Sydney debut, having impressed MICF audiences in 2018.
Sydney Comedy Festival Director Jorge Mendis gushed about his first announcement: “We are delighted to bring to Sydney yet another massive comedy event! The 2020 Sydney Comedy Festival promises nothing less than a month-long pee-your-pants funny program that will do you more good than harm. Be bold, try something new and join the 120,000 other people at one of the shows!”
