Baker Boy, Alex The Astronaut, Ali Barter & More Aussies Invited To Play SXSW 2020

All aboard to Texas!

The countdown to SXSW 2020 has officially begun with today's reveal of the first batch of showcasing artists for the event. 

A stack of big-name Australian acts have been named on the first list, including Baker Boy, Alex The Astronaut, Ali Barter, Mojo Juju (who also featured on the 2019 line-up), RVG, Bakers Eddy, Hachiku, Carla Geneve, Approachable Members Of Your Local Community, Cousin Tony's Brand New Firebird, Ruby Boots, San Mei, Flyying Colours, Shady Nasty, Gena Rose Bruce, HTRK and Good Morning.

Also invited to the Texas event, taking place from 16-22 March, are international acts like Brazil's ANAVITÓRIA, local outfit The Jones Family Singers, UK songwriter Declan J Donovan and New Zealand's Purple Pilgrims. 


Australia will again bring its best to the US in 2020, after the likes of Dean Lewis, Angie McMahon and Amyl & The Sniffers played SXSW 2019; check out the highlights here.
