It feels like SXSW 2016 just wrapped up, but alas, the folks behind the huge ten-day conference and music festival have already slated in dates for next year's event.
Jot down March 10 to 19 as that's when Austin, Texas will be staging the world-famous music, film and interactive extravaganza next year.
PanelPicker speaker proposals and film submissions will both open on June 28, with badge sales and hotel reservations kicking off from August 1.
SXSW have also unveiled the winners for 2016's annual awards, with rapper Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals picking up the Developing US Act Grulke Prize this year. UK songstress Lapsley picked up the Developing Non-US Act category of the award, while legendary rocker Iggy Pop took home the Career Act category for his recent release, Post Pop Depression.
