Organisers of Sydney's Surry Hills Festival are currently looking for bands and musicians to perform at the festival, which this year returns to Prince Alfred Park on Saturday 27 October.

If you'd like a chance to perform at the spring-time festival in front of an expected 90,000 plus festival goers, you must fill out a submission form by jumping on the Surry Hills Festival website www.surryhillsfestival.com. Bands and musicians must also include a copy of their most recent CD or demo. Applications will close by Thursday 16 August.

In the past the Surry Hills Festival has showcased some fine Australian acts including the likes of Bluejuice, Lanie Lane, Jinja Safari, Jonathan Boulet and many more!

All styles of music are welcome, as Festival Director Matt Grant explains: "From folk to indie, roots to reggae, electronic to funk, world music to hip hop and soul to blues, the Surry Hills Festival has a place for everyone."
