UPDATE:
A $400,000 surety bond has been set for the man accused of murdering Byron Bay DJ, Chris Bradley, if he is to be released on bail.
Northern Star have reported that the bail would include the accused, dual UK-Australian Javen O'Neill, to surrender both his passports and cancel his Australian passport with the Australian Passport Office.
The conditions would also require the 24-year-old to live at a residence in East Fremantle, Perth, during the duration of the proceedings and report daily to Fremantle Police Station.
The prosecution has until 4pm next Thursday to lodge a formal detention application with the Supreme Court to keep O'Neill in custody.
Proceedings will resume at Lismore Local Court on 16 January.
A Supreme Court judge will decide if the man accused of murdering Australian DJ, Chris Bradley, will be eligible for bail.
As Northern Star reports, the accused, Javen O'Neill, appeared in Lismore Local Court today where his lawyer made a bail application that was opposed by police and the Department of Public Prosecutions.
While bail was granted by the Local Court registrar, the prosecution lodged a stay of proceedings under Section 40 of the NSW Bail Act, which elevates the decision to the Supreme Court.

The prosecution now has three business days to lodge a formal detention application with the Supreme Court.
The 24-year-old will remain in custody until a decision is made.
Bradley died at a Byron Bay residence after collapsing during Christmas celebrations on Monday night.
It is alleged the dance artist was assaulted and suffered "a number of blows to the head" prior to collapsing.
O'Neill was arrested on Thursday morning and charged with murder.
