“RIP SWH” says one half of the band

Melbourne's Super Wild Horses have announced that tomorrow's show will be the band's final Melbourne date as the duo appear to be splitting up.

The critically acclaimed garage rock outfit, made up of Amy Franz and Hayley McKee, will support Bitch Prefect at Melbourne's The Tote tomorrow. Today McKee posted on Facebook, “tomorrow Super Wild Horses are playing their last Melbourne show EVER at the Bitch Prefect album launch.

“Big love and thanks to everyone who's bought or played our records, danced to our tunes or been one of many rad co-collaborators in making our songs and music dreams come true.”

She added, “Biggest love of all to Amy Franz – my little partner in crime for the past 17 years. RIP SWH.”
