Subsonic Music Festival Drops Massive Phase One Artist Line-up
Sammy Dee, DJ Fett Burger, Toman, ZIP, Gene On Earth and many more will perform in the heart of Worimi Country.

Barrington Tops, NSW-based music festival Subsonic Music Festival will return at the end of November, and this week, organisers dropped the epic Phase One artist line-up.
From Friday, 29 November to Sunday, 1 December, the likes of Sammy Dee, DJ Fett Burger, Toman, ZIP, Gene On Earth and many more will perform in the heart of Worimi Country – just some examples of the international and local talent booked to play at this year’s event.

Tickets for this year’s Subsonic Music Festival go on sale on Monday, 1 July. More information about pre-registration for tickets can be found here.
Festival Director Scott Commens said of this year’s event, “Considering the current event and festival climate, we (more than ever) still emphatically believe in providing a platform that brings together a broad but like-minded community in a way that’s unique and offers a much-needed space for free expression, discovery and connection in these testing times.”
In a press release, Subsonic Music Festival promoters hinted that the announcement is only the beginning, with the music line-up only “a small cog in the machine that drives the Subsonic experience”.

Subsonic, now in its 13th year—it returned after a four-year hiatus last year—has become an annual stomping ground for the creatives and underground music aficionados in Sydney, with those who have attended well aware of the community felt at the festival.
Organisers said, “For those who have attended before, you’ll know what we mean, and if you haven’t, then now is the time to get amongst it.”
Festival promoters encouraged you to picture a truly idyllic space, adding, “Imagine you and your mates as you drive into the beautiful Monkerai Valley on Worimi Country, then dancing amongst the lush green pastures and rolling hills of the World Heritage-listed Barrington Tops.
“A refreshing dip in the fresh mountain river that carves its way around the festival site will have you questioning everything you may have experienced or heard of the atypical Australian camping festival.
“Add glamping and accommodation options to boot, as well as your traditional camping festival experience. This locale & event is really something else and is a very special annual lifestyle and music gathering.”
