Highly influential Alt rockers Stone Temple Pilots are set to tour Australia for the very first time since their formation in 1986. Scott Weiland and company have pencilled in March 2011 dates for both Australia and New Zealand. Stone Temple Pilots reformed after a five year hiatus in 2008 and released their sixth, self-titled studio album in May this year.
