Stone Sour offer new song snippet

Popular US hard rock outfit Stone Sour are currently offering a preview snippet of one of their new songs.

The preview for track ‘Gone Sovereign’ is currently available online, with the song to feature on upcoming fourth album, ‘House of Gold & Bones - Part 1’.

Stone Sour were this week officially announced as part of Soundwave 2013.

The group currently have an official site for the new full-length, with fans able to unlock the album cover and various other information relating to the release.

"Picture [PINK FLOYD's] 'The Wall' crossed with ALICE IN CHAINS' 'Dirt' with some good heavy blasts in there. The heaviest song is a total ass-kicker that sounds as if SLAYER and ANTHRAX had a baby. Then, there's a darker bluesy dirge that has the vibe of LED ZEPPELIN's 'In My Time Of Dying'. There's even a little industrial vibe. It's definitely going to blow people's fucking minds,” vocalist Corey Taylor told Revolver Magazine recently as quoted by Blabbermouth.net.
