Sting Announces 2023 Australian Tour

Accompanied by an electric, rock ensemble, Sting will play songs drawn from across his illustrious career including songs from his time with The Police and as a solo artist. Fans can expect to hear Englishman In New York','Every Breath You Take', 'Roxanne', 'Message In A Bottle' and many more.

Legendary singer-songwriter Sting will return to Australia in February 2023 for the first time in nearly seven years. Still will bring his critically acclaimed My Songs tour to Australia to play a series of a day on the green events and select stadium shows.

The My Songs tour will see Sting perform a collection of his most beloved songs at shows in Bimbadgen, in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Mt Duneed Estate, in Geelong, Victoria, Centennial Vineyards, in Bowral, New South Wales, and playing his only Queensland show, at Sirromet Wines, in Mount Cotton.

The tour also includes huge shows in Perth on Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11 at Kings Park & Botanic Garden, followed by Sydney’s Aware Super Theatre on Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16, Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, February 21 and Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on February 23.

Sting has sold more than 100 million albums from his combined work with The Police and as a solo artist, including five Australian number one albums and 20 Australian Top 50 singles. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee, composer, singer, songwriter, actor, author and activist –  Sting is the consummate musical craftsman and has written some of the most memorable songs of the past four decades. 

Following a sold-out six-night residency at the London Palladium, My Songs was hailed "a masterclass” by UK’s The Times. "Sting remains an undeniably skilled performer with a gold-plated back catalogue".


A musical journey taking in hits like Fields of Gold, Shape Of My Heart, Roxanne and Demolition Man, the concert was described as "a rare treat" by The Telegraph and saw STING praised as "near peerless" by The Guardian with "sublime pop alchemy".

Sting will be joined on all dates by Australian rock legend and Australian Crawl frontman James Reyne and talented singer, songwriter and guitarist Joe Sumner.

General public Tickets for all shows are on sale Friday 16 September at 11 AM local time from Ticketmaster.

A pair of pre-sales will be run for the a day on the green dates with an AAMI customer pre-sale,  and a day on the green members pre-sale both scheduled for Tuesday 13 September, 11 AM local time.  A pre-sales for the dates in Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne will also be held with the Sting fan club pre-sale commencing at 11 am on Tuesday, September 13 and a Live Nation pre-sale beginning at 10 am on Wednesday, September 14.
