Sticky Fingers Cancel UK Tour: 'We've Felt The Need To Take A Step Back'

Sydney band release Facebook statement

More Sticky Fingers Sticky Fingers

After performing to sell out crowds around the country at the Groovin The Moo in the past few weeks, Sydney band Sticky Fingers were scheduled to perform a string of UK shows starting tomorrow.

However, in a mysterious post written to their official Facebook account last night, the reggae-indie group have cancelled all of their England performances, excluding one London gig on May 24.

"We feel rough to let you know all upcoming UK dates are now cancelled, bar the last London show May 24." the statement read.

"This is due to personal reasons within the band. Right now we've felt the need to to take a step back and look after each other like a proper band should. Sorry lads & laddettes. Much love from us all."

The boys are also scheduled to commence a European and US tour after finishing the UK leg, however there is still no word on the status of these future shows.
