Stereophonics have expanded their 2025 Australian Spring Tour, today adding a second show at Fremantle Prison to meet demand. Yesterday, the pre-sale for Mastercard and Live Nation members went live, following the Artist pre-sale on Monday. The general sale for all shows opens today.

The new show will occur at Fremantle Prison on Friday, 24 October, joining the already announced dates of Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Friday, 17 October, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Saturday, 18 October, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Monday, 20 October, and Fremantle Prison on Saturday, 25 October.

Tickets to the newly announced show (and all other shows) will be available today at 12 pm local time via the Live Nation website.

In addition to the new Perth show, a second and final show at Melbourne’s Palais Theatre will take place on Tuesday, 21 October. Tickets to that show will go on sale at 2 pm today - tickets to all other shows are now available.

The Welsh band are touring in support of their latest album, Make ‘em Laugh, Make ‘em Cry, Make ‘em Wait, released in April 2025. In addition to new material, fans will be treated to hits from throughout Stereophonics’ incredible career, such as Dakota, Have A Nice Day, Maybe Tomorrow, C’est La Vie, and A Thousand Trees.

Stereophonics last toured Australia in 2018. Reviewing their show at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall, The Music’s Darren M. Leach wrote, “Kelly Jones seems ageless, and his voice is as strong as ever. Bassist Richard Jones - no relation - still knows how to keep that groove going, while Adam Zindani shredded away quietly left of stage.”

Praising drummer Jamie Morrison, Leach added that Morrison “was a marvel to watch throughout the night as he hits the skins as hard as Dave Grohl.”
