Stephen Sanchez Announces 2026 Australian Tour

The American singer-songwriter will perform headline shows in theatres across Australia and New Zealand this July.

American singer-songwriter Stephen Sanchez is returning to Australia this July, today announcing a tour that will hit numerous major cities.

The Until I Found You hitmaker made his Australian debut in June 2023, playing in intimate venues across the East Coast. He returned in May 2024, locking in venue upgrades and playing in a new city.

This time around, Sanchez starts the tour in New Zealand, with dates in Christchurch and Auckland. Then, he heads to Australia, performing in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.

The tour begins at Christchurch Town Hall on Saturday, 11 July. It continues at Auckland Town Hall on Sunday, 12 July, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday, 15 July, Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday, 18 July, Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Tuesday, 21 July, Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Saturday, 25 July, and concludes at Perth’s ICF: WAREHOUSE on Tuesday, 28 July.

All shows, aside from the Perth date, are licensed for all ages. Frontier Members can access pre-sale tickets from Thursday, 23 April, at 11 am local time, followed by the general sale on Friday, 24 April, at 12 pm local time. Sanchez’s The Lover Down Under Tour is in support of his forthcoming second album, Love, Love, Love, which is set for release on Friday, 8 May. You can pre-save the album here.

So far, the album has been preceded by singles including SWEET LOVE, CHUCK THE MONEY, and the title track. He said of the record, “This record is inspired by the love I’ve been lucky enough to receive, the love I sometimes struggle to give to others, and my desire to see people come together. To quote the title track, ‘it’s just what the world needs!’”
