Step-Panther & Wax Witches Announce Joint Launch Shows

The two bands have new releases through the same label, so we guess it just makes sense.

With Sydney's Step-Panther's new EP Dreamcrusher and the Gold Coast's Wax Witches' debut albumCelebrity Beatingsboth released through burgeoning label Jerko, we guess it makes sense that the two acts get together and launch said records at the same time.

Sydney and Melbourne audiences will get the chance to see both of these hot garage acts bringing their brand of bratty, noisy pop-infused rock'n'roll to the live stage next month following both records' release last week.

This will be the first time Wax Witches, the solo project from Bleeding Knees Club member Alex Wall, has played as a three-piece, adding extra excitement to the shows, while we can't wait to see how Step-Panther attack these new songs in the live setting.

Opening both shows will be Perth's Foam, who hit the east coast for the very first time.
