World-renowned poet, spoken word artist and author Shane Koyczan will embark on an Australian tour this May, visiting Melbourne and Sydney.
Koyczan is a writer as well as a public speaker. His first poetry book Visiting Hours and many others have been immensely successful globally, although he is best known for his award-winning public speaking and poetry slamming. His poetry addresses social and political issues with great honesty and a loving nature.
The poet has pleased audiences in New York, London, Edinburgh, Sydney, Stockholm and LA just to mention a few, as well as won the US Slam Poetry Championship.
