Splendour In The Grass' Co-Directors Paul Piticco and Jessica Ducrou have joined the management team of the Falls Music & Arts Festival, following the departure of the festival's General and Event Managers.
General Manager Naomi Daly and Event Manager Carmella Morgan are vacating their positions with the event to focus on raising young families as both are expecting. The Splendour duo are stepping into their roles and will join Falls' Director Simon Daly at the top of the event.
The partnership comes as little surprise given the props Daly recently gave Splendour. Speaking to theMusic.com.au he said that Splendour, “made a great return to form earlier this year”.
Today Daly said, “The contributions from Naomi and Carmella have been immeasurable. I couldn't think of a better team to join us in Jess and Paul as we continue this tradition for many years to come.”

The Falls Music & Arts Festival holds two events concurrently in the lead up to New Years Eve, one at Victoria's Lorne and one at Tasmania's Marion Bay. A big tourism driver to the latter, Daly had asked the state government for increased funding to keep the event viable before philanthropist Graeme Wood 'saved' the festival.
This year's events are celebrating the 20th anniversary in Victoria and tenth in Tasmania. The VIctorian leg has sold out while Marion Bay is expected to. The festival will feature Flaming Lips, Hilltop Hoods, Hit Chip, Angus Stone, The Hives, Maximo Park amongst others.
Piticco and Ducrou were a joint entry at number two in this year's inaugural AMID Power 50 ranking of the Australian industry's most powerful people
