Aus Festival 'Optimistic' As International Headliner Announced

Adelaide fan favourite music festival Spin Off has announced its 2022 line-up, with a selection of Splendour In The Grass' most popular artists and a stellar cast of Australia's finest acts.

It's all going down at the Adelaide Showgrounds on July 22.

Heading up the festival are Glass Animals, who delivered one of 2021's biggest hits with triple j Hottest 100 winner Heat Waves

Other internationals on the line-up include rap sensation and Lil Nas X collaborator Jack Harlow, comedian-meets-artist Oliver Tree and Canadian pop favourite Tate McRae.

They're joined by local legends Fremantle surf-rock four-piece Spacey Jane, one of Australia's most exciting artists Genesis Owusu, Brisbane's best Ball Park Music, songwriting legend G Flip, punk rock ratbags The Chats, Beddy Rays and Teenage Joans.

In a statement, festival organisers highlighted they were remaining optimistic in the face of COVID restrictions: "While SA and most of Australia is currently in the midst of some very trying times, we are optimistic for calmer seas on the other side of this current wave.

"Australia is fortunate to have incredible talent both on stage and behind it. Our live music industry simply must keep moving forward and planning for the future to survive."
