Utterly unique author and general raconteur David Sedaris just continues to become more and more celebrated as newcomers to his brand of social critique and observations of the human condition discover the sharp, brilliant wit of this celebrated writer and speaker.

Today it was announced that Sedaris would return to Australian for a tour of theatres around the country at the beginning of next year, bringing his An Evening With David Sedaris tour to yet another country after dazzling audiences all over.

His latest book Let's Explore Diabetes with Owls was a number one on the New York Times best seller list, just proving the increasing appeal of this brilliant writer.

As well as his books, Sedaris is well known for his appearances on NPR's This American Life and in iconic publication The New Yorker; no matter where he appears, he's always got something funny, heart-warming, awkwardly familiar or poignant to say.
