Soundwave timetables released, Desaparecidos withdraw from lineup

Final timetables and maps have been released for Soundwave 2014 - which kicks off this weekend in Brisbane.

Initial timetables released last week for Sydney and Brisbane have been revised and updated to "resolve all reasonable clashes", and playing times have been announced for the remainder of the tour in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Following the withdrawal of US death metallers Whitechapel from the lineup earlier this week due to the death of a family member, the Conor Oberst-fronted Desaparecidos are also absent from the timetables. The band have been forced to postpone their trip - scheduled to be their debut appearances in Australia  due to "an issue of a personal nature" according to promoter AJ Maddah.

"As we are waiting on official announcement I can't really go into it except to offer my support & love to my friend Conor at this time", Maddah added.

Check out timetables and start planning your day below. The festival, which includes the likes of Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, Jimmy Eat World and more, starts this weekend in Brisbane and Sydney respectively before continuing throughout the country.
