Following a recent series of drama, Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah has confirmed the inevitable, Soundwave 2016 is cancelled.
With Maddah ruling out the 2017 event earlier in the week, attention then focused to this January's festival, which was already surrounded with its own doubts.
With bands announcing their cancellation during the week and ticket outlets disputing allegations made by Maddah, the Soundwave founder, today, announced the cancellation of next year's event.
