Soundwave 2015 expands to weekend festival

Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah has announced the popular annual festival will expand in 2015, with each city hosting a two-day event. The dates take in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, with the two latter cities beginning the festival run. As Maddah explains (see tweets below), the bill will be split with half playing on the first day in one city before changing over with the second half in the opposing city. Single day tickets will be made available in addition to a weekend pass. The decision allows greater flexibility with timetable scheduling and equally allows for longer sets.
