American rockers Soundgarden have announced two sidewaves in February next year. The shows will take place at Sydney's Luna Park Big Top and Melbourne's Festival Hall. They are the only sidewaves that the band will be playing.
They coincide with Soundgarden's headlining appearance at our annual Soundwave Festival, which will take place in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Soundwave's AJ Maddah has, however, mentioned that other headliners Slipknot and Faith No More will not be playing sideshows this time around.
Tickets for the sidewaves go on sale this Friday (December 12) at 9AM AEDT.
You can check out the full tour details below. Soundgarden's return follows the recent release of their compilation album 'Echo of Miles: Scattered Tracks Across the Path.' The album features live tracks, unheard material and rarities, including the re-recorded 1985 demo 'Storm.'
