Sony Music Australia Announces Staff Promotions

Sony has confirmed four new appointments.

Sony Music Australia has today announced four staff promotions, predominantly in its Communications team. 

Kate Bonanno has been promoted to Senior Director, Television Promotions & Communications having previously worked as Director, TV & Radio Promotions Strategy.

Bonanno will continue to oversee television promotion strategies as well as work with the label's Communications team to deliver strategic plans and identify key audiences for Sony artists.

Meanwhile, Lucy Baker will take on the role of Communications Manager having last been promoted in 2019 Artist Relations and Communications Representative.

Annastasia Robertson, who joined Sony in 2019 as Communications Coordinator, has been promoted to Media Manager and will work with online digital publications and key daily and weekend newspapers around New South Wales.

Lastly, Katie O’Hagan has been promoted to A&R and Analytics Manager and will be responsible for her own roster for A&R and artist development.

Since joining the company in 2015, O'Hagan has been involved in the A&R of acts The Veronicas, Billy Davis, Liyah Knight, The Belligerents and Northeast Party House.
