Smashing Pumpkins stream new album

Smashing Pumpkins have begun to stream their new album, Oceania a week before its release. No lead single has been produced from it so far. Aside from this stream, and Corgan's recent contraversy over slamming Radiohead, the album hasn't had a lot of (recent) publicity.
