Slowly Slowly And Stand Atlantic Co-Headlining Wild Regional Tour

Slowly Slowly just wrapped up a national tour in support of their recent fifth album, Daisy Chain, but they’re already gearing up to hit the road again – this September, they’ll join Stand Atlantic for a co-headlining tour across regional Australia. 

The five-week itinerary spans a total of 18 shows, with fans in New South Wales treated to a whopping seven of them. Queenslanders will have five opportunities to see the pop-punk favourites, while Victorians will have three, Tasmanians will have two, and Canberrans, of course, will have just the one. 

They’ll be joined by alternating guests across three unique stints: OK Hotel will open up the first two and last three of the shows, while TOWNS will support Slowly Slowly and Stand Atlantic over the seven shows spanning South Morang to Albury, and Underlay will fill that role over the next six shows (spanning Coffs Harbour to Cairns).

In a joint statement, Slowly Slowly said they couldn’t wait to head back out on tour: “We’ve always been treated kindly by our regional audiences – we’re thrilled to announce we’ll be dragging our empty hearts far and wide across regional Australia for a much-needed refill of sweat, singalongs and terrible dancing. We’ll be alongside our new friends Stand Atlantic (soon to be family, we’re sure) who we are of course huge fans of. The countdown begins!”

Stand Atlantic echoed the sentiment, adding in their own statement: “We’re elated to be touring across the regional parts of our home alongside Slowly Slowly in September and October! We have never done as long a tour in Australia before, so we're excited to see some new faces in some new cities!”
