Iconic thrash metal staples Slayer have unveiled the art work for their upcoming 11th studio album.
The Californian veterans will release their anticipated album, 'Repentless', this September, which marks a follow-up to 2009's 'World Painted Blood'.
“We had a number of submitted ideas for the cover artwork and we felt Marcelo’s was the best. We made some suggestions and the result is an awesome album cover," Tom Araya comments of the album art.
“'Repentless' is my Jeff tribute. I call it the 'HannemAnthem.' It’s my perspective of Jeff’s perspective, it’s what I think...if Jeff wrote a song for himself, 'Repentless' would be it," Kerry King adds.
'Repentless' is due out September 11 via Nuclear Blast.
