PREMIERE: Skyscraper Stan - ‘Tarcutta Shade’

Rock’n'roll troubadour Skyscraper Stan, aka Stan Woodhouse, is gearing up to release his second studio album, today giving fans a first listen with lead single Tarcutta Shade.

Earlier this year, the Australian Americana singer successfully funded the recording of Golden Boy via a Pozible campaign.

“We’re going to make the best album we’ve made yet, we owe it to you,” Woodhouse said.

The moody new single, with its intricate lyrics, is said to be a “sonic depiction of one long, hot and sweaty day at a Riverina truckstop, where it's ‘40 degrees in the Tarcutta shade’.”

Joined by his band, The Commission Flats, Skyscraper Stan will celebrate the release of Tarcutta Shade with a national tour that kicks off November 3 in Victoria.
