Silverchair To Reissue Debut Record For 20th Anniversary

You might find it hard to believe that Silverchair’s breakthrough debut record, Frogstomp, came out 20 years ago, but it did, and to celebrate, the album is being reissued.

The remastered release comes out on Friday 27 March, and will be available on a number of platforms, including CD/DVD, digital download, and on limited edition yellow vinyl.

Frontman Daniel Johns, drummer Ben Gillies, and Chris Joannou were only teenagers when the hit-filled LP was released, and its lead single, Tomorrow, went straight to number one on the ARIA Singles Charts.

Johns is currently focusing on his solo career, releasing his debut solo EP, Aerial Love, yesterday.
