She's back partying with Guetta again
Australian star Sia is once again proving to be a sure-bet chart success with her appearance on David Guetta's She Wolf (Falling To Pieces) arriving at 11 in the ARIA Singles Chart this week. The decision to put her solo career to the side and focus on co-writing credits and guest vocals has been a commercial and financial masterstroke for Sia Furler, who has had Titanium (with Guetta), I Love It (with Hilltop Hoods), Wild Ones (with Flo Rida) and now She Wolf all enjoy chart success both locally and internationally.
It was the highest debut for a single this week as Guy Sebastian held on to top spot with Battle Scars and Birdy's cover of Bon Iver's Skinny Love climbing to two in its second week.
Birdy took the top spot on the ARIA Album Chart with her eponymous album, managing to wrangle the spot off The Sapphires' soundtrack and Missy Higgins' The Ol Razzle Dazzle, which, as expected, had a strong second wind this week and climbed to four.
Timomatic was the highest local debut at three with his self-titled record and Oh Mercy also had a strong showing with Deep Heat debuting at 21. Trey Songz's Chapter V entered the chart at 18.
