The US label has released All That Remains, Brand New and Norma Jean.

Shock Records have today confirmed that they've signed a formal agreement with American label Razor & Tie to handle their rock releases in Australia and New Zealand. The two labels have worked together previously and today's announcement is a natural progression for their working partnership.

New York based Razor & Tie has music publishing and media buying divisions, but their deal with Shock covers the heavy releases on their label. Shock have previously handled Razor & Tie releases from All That Remains, Brand New and Norma Jean.

Shock Records' General Manager of Music Leigh Grupetta said today that, "Having enjoyed such a strong working relationship on many individual projects over the years, it made complete sense for both Shock and Razor & Tie to join forces in a broader capacity. With the direction they are taking and their brilliant new A&R team in place, we feel there is a great deal of synergy between the two companies."

Razor & Tie's Senior VP John Franck said, "We have worked together with them on some great projects over the years including our artist All That Remains, so we are pleased to have established this new arrangement with Shock which will include many of our key releases, including the new P.O.D. and For Today albums, as well as the upcoming new albums by All That Remains, The Sword, and others."
