Regulars of the Western Sydney hardcore/metal traps, five piece Thy Art Is Murder have found a new area of success in recent European travels – as many local heavy outfits do. On top of early demos, they have an EP Infinite Death and album The Adversary, while their forthcoming record was recorded with Will Putney – Lamb Of God, The Amity Affliction). Chance Waters – formerly Phatchance – has been enjoying recent triple j airpaly with latest single Maybe Tomorrow, and Permanent will release his album later this year. Previous record Inkstains has already garnered Waters a level of notoriety in Australia, which he is looking to redevelop under the new moniker.
