Several Hospitalised After Gunmen Open Fire At New Orleans Music Video Filming

At least 16 injured

At least 16 people have been hospitalised after a number of gunmen reportedly opened fire on a crowd at a New Orleans park where a music video was being filmed.

As Daily Mail reports, the incident happened at a community parade after party at Bunny Friend Park on Sunday evening where a DJ was performing while the filming of an impromptu music video to a crowd of around 500 was taking place.

Two separate groups began firing on each other, and those in attendance found themselves stuck in the middle of the chaos.

A witness said one of the shooters had a semi-automatic weapon, and while the incident at the popular public space injured a number of people, no deaths have been reported.

The shooters and their intentions are currently unknown.
