Second Melbourne Festival Show For Patti Smith's Horses Announced

Courtney Barnett, Jen Cloher, Adalita and Gareth Liddiard perform a second concert.

More Patti Smith Patti Smith

Due to popular demand, Patti's Smith's Horses as part of Melbourne Festival will feature a second show, on Sunday 18 October.

In celebration of its 40th year of release, four of Australia's well-known rock artists - Courtney Barnett, Jen Cloher, Adalita and Gareth Liddiard - have united to perform Horses live at Melbourne Town Hall.

New York's poet and singer-songwriter, Patti Smith, released her album Horses in 1975. The album has been considered one of the all-time greatest rock albums by Rolling Stone and Time and has been preserved by the US library of National Congress.
