Career high debut?

Sydney artist Sarah Blasko is not only set to score the highest debut for an Australian artist this week on the ARIA Albums Chart, but she is also on her way to clinching her highest ever placing with her fifth studio album, Eternal Return.

Blasko's new record is aiming for a top five finish and if it is to debut any higher than #5, it will eclipse the previous record set by 2009's As Day Follows Night.

The ARIA Award-winning artist is also set to topple fellow Aussie acts You Am I with their latest, Porridge & Hotsauce (aiming for a top 20 finish), Perth quintet Birds Of Tokyo's Playlist (top ten), Joe Moore's A Thousand Lifetimes (top 15) and Melbourne outfit City Calm Down with In A Restless House (top 40).

This week's top three looks to be a battle of the UK pop artists, as girl group Little MixGet Weird will battle it out with singer Ellie Goudling's Delirium for the week's highest debut.
