Sarah Blasko, Lee Lin Chin And More Announced For Gala Night Of Storytelling

On Gala Night of Storytelling, break the barrier between writer and reader as many of Australia’s most profound entertainers and storytellers come together to express how classic novels have illuminated their views and influenced their everyday lives.

Throughout this magnificent night of storytelling the crowd will be entranced by the likes of Anna Funder, Kon Karapanagiotidis, Russel Howcroft, Susan Carland, Tony Windsor, Sarah Blasko, Lee Lin Chin, Jack Charles, Graeme Simsion and Nakkiah Lui.

Each individual will produce extremely contrasting views on many classics, such as Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre, Simone de Beauvoir’s The Second Sex, Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment and many more, proving that writing really can influence the way people view the world, themselves and others.

The night will take place at Melbourne Town Hall on Saturday 14 Feb. Be enchanted by interpretations of popular literature from 7.30pm–9.00pm.Sara
