More Sam Fender More Sam Fender

Sam Fender is returning to Australia this November for his largest run of shows Down Under to date.

The British singer-songwriter heads back to Australia after sold-out, career-defining tours in 2022 and 2023. This time, he will showcase a bigger and bolder show behind his latest album, People Watching.

For the tour, Fender will be joined by special guest Holly Humberstone. The pair previously worked on an acoustic version of Fender’s hit, Seventeen Going Under, and Humberstone last toured Australia in 2024.

The tour begins at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday, 14 November, followed by Brisbane’s Riverstage on Wednesday, 19 November, Sydney’s Showring—located in the Entertainment Quarter—on Friday, 21 November, Adelaide’s AEC Arena on Tuesday, 25 November, and ends at Perth’s Kings Park & Botanic Garden on Friday, 28 November.

Multiple ticketing options are available for the forthcoming tour.

The Mastercard and Vodafone pre-sales begin at 11 am local time on Monday, 19 May, followed by the artist pre-sale (via Sam Fender’s website), Secret Sounds and Spotify pre-sales on Tuesday, 20 May, at 11 am, and the general sale going on sale on Wednesday, 21 May, at 12 pm local time. You can head to the Secret Sounds website for more ticketing information.

Sam Fender’s latest album, People Watching, is the fastest-selling British album of the year in the UK so far. While it debuted at #17 in Australia, it took over the charts in the UK. The album landed Fender his third BRIT Award for Best Rock/Alternative Act and was named triple j’s Feature Album upon its release in February.

Reviewing Fender’s show at Perth’s HBF Stadium in July 2023, The Music’s Sam Mead wrote: “Fender manages to create these wonderful soundscapes that brilliantly build and build like a wave as each instrument is introduced until they crescendo into a glorious moment of bliss like something in an 80s coming-of-age movie.”
