Check out the band performing two brand new tunes now.
Melbourne alt four-piece RVG made their debut appearance on the legendary KEXP sessions today, showcasing brand new music in a special KEXP At Home performance.
Speaking to host Cheryl Waters, lead singer Romy Vager and drummer Mark Nolte chatted about their most recent release, Feral, before playing songs off the album plus two previously unheard tracks - Tambourine and Tropic Of Cancer.
"The kind of songs i want to write, it is kind of uncomfortable," Vager told Waters. "It takes me a while to write stuff."
Speaking on the songwriting process, Vager continued, "It's much more of an interesting thing for me to kind of find characters and situations... at the same time, it sort of has to connect to something in my life. I end up with these weird little stories that I can really relate to."
The performance comes as the band finally launch their second LP Feral, over a year after its initial release.
