New music from Korn, Sampa The Great, Pixies and more also debuts.
Sydney artist Ruel has claimed the highest debut on this week’s ARIA Albums chart with his latest release, Free Time.
The second EP from the 16-year-old songwriter has debuted at #3, blocked from top place by US superstars Post Malone and Taylor Swift, who hold onto #1 and #2 respectively with their latest albums.
You can expect big things to come from Ruel, who, in the lead up the EP’s release and its accompanying tour, revealed to The Music he’s sitting on a Khalid collab track.
US outfit Korn have debuted at #5 with their 13th studio album, The Nothing, as Charli XCX’s Charli also makes the top 10, debuting at #7, while The Gereg’s The Hu (#11), Sampa The Great’s The Return (#12), The Lumineers’ III (#23) and Pixies’ Beneath The Eyrie (#36) also debut.

Over on the Singles chart, Tones & I makes eight weeks straight on top with Dance Monkey, meaning the Byron Bay-based artist has tied with Savage Garden's Truly Madly Deeply and Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know which both also racked up eight weeks at #1.
Dance Monkey continues to make its way up the UK Singles chart too, this week jumping five places to #14.
Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey make their way into the Singles chart top 5 with their new cut, Don't Call Me Angel (Charlie's Angels), landing at #4, while new music from Halsey, Regard and more also debuts.
